As of 7:50 PM, July 1, 2019, the outage or connectivity issue involving Globe network have been observed as resolved. Please note that we have not received any feedback or reply from Globe, hence, we escalated the matter to the National Telecommunications Commission and filed a formal complaint on the same day. We are thankful to NTC Commissioner John Rahdo Anacay for acknowledging our case and we have requested to further investigate the matter. We asked for an explanation from Globe to identify what exactly transpired that caused this network-wide issue in order to avoid this from reoccurring in the future.
